Call Us!

I recently had the pleasure of watching an extraordinary film ‘Hi Nanna’, that truly tugs at the heartstrings. The Telegu origin movie is a cinematic gem that skillfully navigates the intricate terrain of emotions, highlighting the profound impact of well-nurtured connections and the destructive nature of relationships marred by ego and distrust. Director Sauryav has done an amazing job in bringing the subtle beauty that flows nonchalantly in familial and interpersonal relationships. And the leading cast performed their roles with utmost precision and unimaginable chemistry.

The year 2023 saw the Indian film industry flourish most brightly with both Bollywood and movies from the south gaining global recognition and praise. Bollywood saw the blockbuster return of ‘King Khan’ SRK with monumental hits – Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki. We saw Ranbir Kapoor breaking records left & right with his highly popular yet controversial movie Animal. Then at the tail end of the year, we witnessed an epic by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, 12th Fail. In the myriad of action and drama, Hi Nanna stood out as the soft yet impactful touch.

In the intricate dance of love and life, a devoted father and his enchanting 6-year-old daughter are thrust into a riveting tale of unexpected twists. As the woman he ardently loves chooses another path in matrimony, their lives spiral into uncharted territory. While the premise may initially seem familiar, brace yourself for mind-bending plot twists that defy convention. ‘Don’t misjudge it as an ordinary movie,’ for within this seemingly familiar tale lies an extraordinary journey that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
