Her journey into the world of music and performance began at a young age, fueled by an innate passion for music and dance.

Her dedication to her craft led her to participate in various dance contests during her formative years, including the notable ‘To Be Number One’. She also joined the dynamic eleven-member dance crew, We Zaa Cool, alongside BamBam of Got7.

In September 2009, The Dance crew made their entry into the LG Entertainment Million Dream Sanan World competition, which aired on Channel 9 and emerged victorious, receiving the prestigious “Special Team” Award. Furthermore, she showcased her remarkable vocal talents as a representative of her school in the “Top 3 Good Morals of Thailand” singing contest, where she achieved the honorable position of runner-up.

Throughout her upbringing, she was guided and supported by her loving Thai mother, Chitthip Brüschweiler, and her Swiss stepfather, Marco Brüschweiler, a renowned chef actively involved in Thailand’s culinary scene. Glittering Career

13 years ago, at the tender age of 13, Lisa embarked on her journey to join the South Korean record label YG Entertainment while still residing in Thailand. Her fascination with the K-Pop industry began early on, as she found inspiration in renowned artists such as Big Bang and 2NE1, fueling her aspirations to follow in their footsteps. Out of the four thousand or so applicants, Lisa stood alone as the sole individual to meet the qualifications, catching the attention of the then-CEO Yang Hyun-Suk, who extended an offer for her to become a trainee at YG Entertainment.

Determined and supported by her parents, she made the life-changing decision to move to South Korea at a tender age. Her arrival marked a significant milestone as she became the first non-Korean member to join YG Entertainment. For five years, from 2011 to 2016, she dedicated herself to intensive training under the guidance of the company.

In November 2013, Lalisa made her appearance in Taeyang’s music video for the single “Ringa Linga,” showcasing her talent as one of the background dancers alongside members of iKon and Winner. Her modeling career took flight in March 2015 when she took on her first job for the street-wear brand Nona9on, and soon after, she became the face of the South Korean cosmetics brand Moonshot in 2016.

August 2016 marked the long-awaited debut of Lisa, together with Jisoo, Jennie, and Rosé, as the South Korean girl group BlackPink. Notably, she made history as the agency’s first non-ethnically Korean artist to debut. Their debut album, Square One, introduced the world to the chart-topping lead singles “Whistle” and “Boombayah,” with “Whistle” achieving a perfect “all-kill” by dominating the South Korean music charts upon its release.

Her talent and versatility extended beyond music. In September 2018, she was cast as a permanent member of the MBC military variety program “Real Man 300.” She further showcased her expertise as a dance mentor during iQIYI’s Chinese girl group survival program, “Youth With You Season 2,” in March 2020. Lisa’s influence as a dance mentor continued to flourish as she returned for the Chinese boy group survival show, “Youth With You Season 3,” in February 2021.

Throughout her awe-inspiring journey, Lisa has proven herself to be an exceptional artist, trailblazer, and role model, leaving an indelible mark on the K-Pop industry and captivating audiences worldwide.

Her journey to success began when she became the sole individual accepted into YG Entertainment during the YG Audition in Thailand back in 2010. She dedicated 5 years and 3 months to rigorous training, beginning her journey as a trainee during middle school and relocating to Korea.

Being the second member to be revealed, Lisa quickly became a multilingual force, showcasing her fluency in Korean, English, Japanese, Thai, and basic Chinese. Lisa’s beauty has also garnered attention, as she ranked 9th in TC Candler’s “The 100 Most Beautiful Faces of 2018,” rose to 3rd place in 2019, and reached an impressive 2nd place in 2020.
